Responsible Service of Alcohol RSA Certificate Training

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol: RSA Certificate Training

Code: SITHFAB021
Cost: $70.00

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA Certificate) is recognised as being an entry point requirement into the hospitality industry and for those that sell, serve, supply or deliver alcohol to customers.

As a registered training organisation (21718) we are accredited to deliver RSA Training under our scope of registration.  We deliver this by interactive video chat or virtual classroom technology, as well as our new RSA Online Training version, which is approved by Liquor Control Victoria.

Be wary of those companies that say they are "accredited in Victoria" yet then make you do the Liquor Control Victoria bridging course additionally to their own course. Do our's once, do it first time.

RSA Course costs

$70.00 – Face-to-Face or Webinar Training Course

$50.00 – Self Paced RSA Online Course

RSA Certificates

Upon successful completion of the RSA Training session, participants deemed competent, will receive the Nationally recognised statement of attainment, as well as a Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) certificate that will be emailed to you within 48 (business) hours.

Please note:  if you are intending to work in NSW, find out more about our certificate eligibility by clicking here.

Our RSA online course is designed with modules. You can choose to do one module at a time, or multiple modules. Each time you leave the course, you will simply have to re-log in to continue. The system will automatically remember which module you last completed, and take you to the next module. A requirement of the course is that you must be able to read, speak and understand English as participants are required to record and upload a video as part of completion of a module.
